Busy Busy BUSY! &60 days!

Things around the Gardner house are insane! Wedding here and there, school over there, gardening over here.. Its crazy! But it is going to be so worth it. I have never been so excited for something in my life, then i am to be married to my love Jordan.
I have recieved one more letter from him letting me know how much he cares for me and loves me. His letters seem to get sweeter and sweeter the more i recieve them and read them. He is growing up so much, and i'm seeing a huge change in him. He is going to be a wonderful Marine when he graduates. And he only has 60 more days until he graduates!! I'm so proud of him and so thankful to have such a hard working man in my life and future.

Wedding has been going great. Mom is always so helpful to me. We have most of the major things almost completed. But its scary to know that we run out of time every day something isnt done. I feel so inaccomplished when i go to sleep at night and i havent emailed someone, or havent gone to see anyone about something, or when i wake up and my wedding book is still open.. with empty pages!!
Its all coming together great though, i have a feeling this will be the best day of my life. My parents are working so hard to make it so perfect for me and for Jordan. Thanks to them for the support and never ending help.

This would be Jordan at church. His staff sgt. went down to Cali and decided to go to the MCRD (Marine Corps Recruit something) ward. They are able to go to church and be normal for a day. Its really nice

These are the glasses they are assigned to wear if they dont have 20/20 vision. Jordan doesnt have close to 20/20. So he wears these. He really thinks their the coolest things in the world. Its really funny. They call them portholes at boot camp.

Happy Birthday to me

I have the sweetest fiance ever. He wanted to make sure i got letters on my birthday, so not only did he send 3 that had Happy Birthday in it, but he wrote it in his parents letters. I have finally gotten letters from my Jordan, and they were the cutest, sweetest, and slightly frightening letters. Hearing what he does day to day is scary to me. But overall, Jordan is doing very well, he is almost on to phase 2 of training. He said in his letter that phase 2 gets easier, the DI (drill instructors) lighten up alot. So i am hoping to hear more from him.

He's ALIVE!!

Just got a letter confirming Jordan is well and in Camp Pendalton. It felt so good to finally be able to write him a letter and know that he'll be getting it. :)
Such a relief it was to finally get that and to get another from his drill sargeant that explained what he'd be doing for the next 11 weeks. It felt so nice to know that they inform you of what is going on. I like that feeling of more than one person trying to tell me whats goin on.
Miss him like crazy, but i know once our letters get going its going to make everything a little easier.
Prayin for him every night.

One week down

One week down, 11 more to go! I am seriously counting down the days. This is how much anxious i am. Still no postcard from Jor, but i am expecting another week till i get one. I never realized how real it is that he is gone, it just hit me two days ago. I cant call, text, or even drive over and see him. He is gone for 13 weeks... I just wish that i would be more occupied. I feel like my friends dont realize how hard this is for me.
Right now is the time i need friends the most. And this is the last little while they get with me. After being married for a month i leave Utah to go live with my husband where ever they decide to station him. Like thats it, i'm gone. I want to get as much time with my friends and family as i can until i leave. Because i know its gonna just be hard to come home all the time.
